Most reliable VHC poster's recent message............
"I don't post much on VHC these days since I got out several months ago.
While the current price is intriguing (and about where I first bought the stock back in 2020 (or 2019....I don't remember exactly) assuming VHC gets paid eventually...and I've always thought that VHC's legal position is far superior...I have even less confidence in the Courts actually following precedence than I had a few years ago.
Stark (the new CAFC judge), IMO, is "fully captured"...as his personal connections with Judges Farnan and Robinson (both of Rambus infamy) and his Delaware corporate judicial case history is enough for me to swear off any small-cap patent stock at this point.
Newman is going to retire (or die) within the next two years...and that will leave only 2 of 12 justices on the CAFC having a firm view of patents as property. If I had my way, I would dissolve the entire CAFC at that point...as any non-giant patent owner is not going to be able to properly asset their property rights for years (since the SCOTUS is almost as willfully blind as the CAFC at this point...and K Jackson Brown getting on the SCOTUS is going to make that even more apparent.)
The H2O pumper on the Prime board ignores VG.
Also a note at the close today: NYSE Order Imbalance VHC of over 60K on the sell side.
