Precigen's endgame

Precigen's platform key attributes (not exhaustive) are:

1. ability to safely dose then redose/ repeat administration;
2. ability to deliver high payloads;
3. ability to have decentralized rapid (overnight) manufacturing using third party staff & location;
4. ability for cells to persist even at low doses;
5. ability to produce a homogeneous product (no variability).

In January 2021 at JPM Helen announced the pick, mix & redose library approach (slide 10) for cancers which should be in clinical trials in 2022.

With the 2 patents granted in 2020 (below) is Precigen's endgame a library approach for any disease not just cancer? Why list all these diseases?

On 02/25/2020 PGEN was given patent grant 10,570,158 in which patent I could identify at least 872 human diseases (in addition to other applications).

On 12/01/2020 PGEN was given patent grant 10,851,119 which updates further the 02/25/2020 patent. I list further down below the 952 disease which I could identify (there could be more):
