I thought it was her and said excuse me mam do you work for the SEC.
She said yes my name is Mary Shapiro.
I then introduced myself and said that I was a small investor who is upset with the markets corruption and that many other investors were also very upset. She seemed nervous at first but I talked in a clam reasonable tone and she seemed to relax.
I asked if she had seen the deep capture site. And she said that she had seen it.
I told her about the manipulation of Dendreon and how the shorts knew about the rejection of a panel’s decision and how it was the first rejection where the panel had voted yes. I told her that the shorts knew about it in advance and purchased a huge numbers of puts before hand and how I had lost over 100k and my brother had lost most of his money. I said I knew that she was not responsible for the FDA but that the SEC had some jurisdiction.
I explained that in the latest round I had made a fortune. But that over 80K men have died with the only option of a Chemo treatment that 1/2 refused to take since it was like taking draino. The Chemo had a list of side effects 2 pages long. I said that this made the lives lost on 911 look insignificant in comparison.
I said that I understood that she had inherited a whore house and that I understood how difficult it would be to clean it up.
I stated how these funds were killing companies in their infancy and it was not just the money they stole. I said that Microsoft may have been killed early if these tactics were being used backed when it started. I said this manipulation was common and that programs for manipulation like Raptor were well known in the industry. She said that she was aware of manipulative practices.
I said that the hedge funds drove DNDN down from 20 to below 9 dollars in just 70 seconds and that traders threw their mice in frustration. She said that she was aware of that incident.
I think that is about all I can remember.
I only had her attention for 3-5 minutes since she was shopping with her husband.
I really like that Arlington Costco and even more so now.
