Thanks so much for your thoughtful post. You make a very good point about the delay and the pipeline. We count off every day how many men have died since 4/07 but we'll never know how many others with other forms of cancer could have but won't have access to Dendreon immunotherapy drugs. But as you said the FDA is driven by data (not compassion.)
