Motion to DISMISS set for 16July"Set Deadlines as to12 MOTION to Dismiss . Motion set for 7/16/2018 before Judge Susan D. Wigenton." So it's not 2weeks like I thought but a month. Based on what I read, current patents are all diagnostic and are highly susceptible of an early motion to dismiss. TEVA knows exactly what they are doing. I fear that TEVA will prevail and get a generic to the market way earlier than we all thought. This alone would crush CORT's valuation. Don't forget that there is a huge amount of shares short (+17mill) and they will do whatever it takes to go as low as possible. New buyers will be scared to step in based on such a news. Isn't that ironic, last week we were all discussing about buyout prices and today it's more like, what will be left after all this? Just rumbling out loud but I don't see any positive outcome out of this. Relacorilant isn't yet in PH3 and this alone should take +2years before any possible commercialisation. While in the meantime, TEVA is pushing as fast as possible. I know, I'm all doom & gloom today, anyone to cheer me up a little bit? |
