re: Conclude no significant volume until P3 approved or Mastiff thumbs up when volume triggered and Keystone starts funding over $2.91/ $3.00 so several more weeks of low volume possible
The problem I have with this thesis, is that to me, it means that investors/institutions still don't believe and/or trust JL. You are essentially saying we are still in "show me" mode. If the Jubilant deal is as good as some here believe and we already have the excellent interim results, why isn't that enough to spark interest? I'm afraid that investors indeed are thinking "same old NEOP/NAVB" because management's enthusiasm continues to outpace deliverables. JL has NOT done a good job of setting the correct expectations. I forecasted volumes and revenue for a very large company for many years....rule number one in any outlooking job.....never overpredict, whether you are talking about time, money, results, etc. Previous management had a big problem talking more than delivering.....and I believe many potential investors do not see a paradigm shift with JL at the helm. Mark these words, P3 will surely commence later than JL has said. Those types of misses, while maybe not important in the long run, if the science is there, do erode away investor confidence.
