I don't think the original poster was pumping.

I think the quote posted came out of Netlist council argument to the court, simply giving more support to it's reasonable request for a forward royalty at the jury's recommended level.

I don't think anyone was suggesting that the court woukd set a royalty higher than Netlist requested.
