Iancu Agrees Key USPTO ANPRM Proposals Should be Handled by Congress I like our chances. Copied/Stokd:::::Article is on the proposal phase of USPTO/PTAB implementation of new rules & reforms. Highlights Andrei Iancu -partner at Irell&Manella- firm representing Netlist with Sheasby as our lead counsel. Iancu was USPTO Director prior to Vidal — imagine all the knowledge, connections, and experience at Netlist's disposal, advising & working on our behalf. Would a firm like that take on Netlist's litigation & patent challenges if they didn't think they can win or infringement claims & patent weren't valid? This speaks volumes. |
