Yep. And I bet none of them have submitted a FOIA request.  I've done 3. Even on a FOIA request that does not return what was requested, a live person at the FDA will call you and you can discuss the request and get information from them.
 
That's how I found out that a futility rec is not a material event that needs to be reported, as I had 2 requests surrounding the IA halt and meeting notes regarding the halt.  I told the person who called that I should be able to get the information because it could affect the share price and they told me because it was not a material event, the notes would not fall under the disclosure rules for the FOIA request.
