It's all Linda paying Linda. I never bother to acknowledge the crafty corporate structuring that (to the naive) makes it look like they are different parties.
It's all Linda. It's more fun to just substitute "Linda" in where the dumb names are:
"Linda kept paying Linda until after Linda started paying Linda. For a couple years Linda was paying both Lindas. In addition Linda had to pay to transfer the tech to Linda (even though Linda already paid to transfer the tech from Linda to Linda, which was Linda)."
