If you read the filing you'd see how much the 3rd party law firm filing it is on the JA to establish the inherent value of the company. Leave aside the fact that you and some other misguided souls dispute the JA entirely, it is a super important document to demonstrate to a jury that this is not some air-ware co with only a vague hope of successful trial - if the jury buys into the JA (and they will. not least because subsequent events will prove that the claims they make are entirely legit) then it establishes to the jury NWBO as pursuing a very clear public good and the perps are that much more evil for trying to damage them.

 

The important things are 1. creating an immediate logical injunction on MM going forward as important announcements will come down 2. spoofing is illegal so the perps are putting themselves at even clearer legal jeopardy if they continue with the complained about behavior 3. possibly NWBO has the clear data to prove their case in which case this represents a prosecution case gift wrapped and tied with a bow to any prosecutor, making it both hard to ignore and a free gift of a winning prosecution to anybody who is responsible for prosecuting.
