The company stated that they would not look at the data until the contractors they hired to consolidate it had done so and reported to them. I agree that under confidentiality agreements, other companies may review the results, and that could be the basis of a quiet period. I'm not suggesting that the company had to handle the data this way, but it's how they chose to do it, and it appears that Dr. Liau and others who'll be involved in presenting the data in the future have been asked to wait for the contractors report as well.
I do not believe we'll have that much longer to wait, hopefully TLD will come before Thanksgiving, but clearly when the company gives us an estimate, it's probably best to double it and even that may not be sufficient. I believe they are doing things properly and that's much better than doing them quickly.
