Owing your life to something that allowed your tumor to shrink enough to become operable for a pancreatic cancer patient, is pretty amazing for a nil response.
Of course you never considered it was a response to prior therapy (CRT) and DCVax contributed nothing.
If anyone remembers Genvec, this is from their paper presenting the (failed) results:
"One challenge of treating LAPC is determining whether CRT was effective. For example, following CRT, most locally advanced tumors are stable on CT imaging and, consequently, are not surgically explored. In the case of borderline resectable disease, however, tumors are often explored as long as there is no local or distant progression following CRT. Interestingly, several of these patients, up to 15% in some series, are found to have complete pathologic responses despite manifesting no change on CT imaging.51,52 Furthermore, a majority undergo margin- and node-negative resections, suggesting that some tumors respond to therapy without clear radiographic evidence.53,54 "
