Did First Trust Forget to File It's Latest Proxy Solicitation?I don't understand how something like that could happen, but it seems that FT has a proxy solicitation for a Special Meeting to occur in Oct that is dated 9.5.23 but the SEC file for FDEU does not. Proxy Motion SEC file for FDEU has the CSRS dated 9.8.23 but nothing for the earlier proxy motion that is on the First Trust website. Pretty fishy IMO. |
