I wonder if it not voting might have been a more effective strategy to keep the current dissolution schedule. Voting even in the negative does help the proposal reach a quorum which then allows a majority of the cast votes to decide the action. If a quorum were not reached, the established contract terms would have to govern. The downside is the constant assault of appeals to vote. If one can tolerate the blizzard of self serving pitches that are paid for by shareholders, the results might be more favorable to shareholders.
