Appeals Court says that Fed gov't can withhold money from states that have sanctuary cities that defy FED LAW and enforcement efforts

 go figure...   simply amazing that we have dem run states that believe they can set immigration policy, that they can defy fed law enforcement agencies, etc.   And then suing because the FED gov't says, ok, then there is some fed money you aren't going to get...
 
like the dems in the House, that believe they are above the rule of law..
