It's true. We don't have to accept the false dichotomy of a binary choice. I personally despise the 2 party system.
But what these Never Trumpers always forget is that the GOP voters had 14 or 15 or 16 establishment candidates to choose from. Trump's nomination and election to office of POTUS is part and parcel of the GOPs revolt against the status quo that started with the Tea Party movement and which primaried out a large number of GOP house members and swept the Tea Party faction into power along with a GOP majority in Congress in the attempt to stop Obamacare in 2010.
Sure there are always other choices. But the voters don't want them. The two top vote getters were Trump, and then Cruz. It is not the party of the neocons anymore.
