Oops! Clapper admits Obama Ordered Trump Spying

LOL what did I just say to Philly?  Strzok texted "The White House is Running This."

Now I see this, from Clapper on CNN Anderson Cooper:
"If it weren’t for President Obama we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set up a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation. President Obama is responsible for that. It was he who tasked us to do that intelligence community assessment in the first place."

The ICA that Clapper is talking about reads very suspiciously like the Steele Dossier, as the New York Post points out..  Brennan, who stated that he knew that Fusion GPS was originally contracted by a Republican, had to then also have known that the Dossier was funded entirely by HRC and the DNC. But he claims under oath he had no idea. He also claimed that Dossier did not influence the drafting of the ICA.  But as the NY Post also points out, that too is a lie as explained by Clapper on CNN.
CLAPPER: ...contracted through I think Fusion GPS to obtain what it later became much known as a dossier.
BURNETT: So Clinton paid for part of it but it had been started and paid by Republicans?
CLAPPER: That work as I understand was handed off later to the DNC and the Clinton campaign...the key thing is doesn't matter who paid for it. It's what the dossier said and the extent to which it was -- it's corroborated or not. We had some concerns about it from the standpoint of its sourcing which we couldn't corroborate. But at the same time, some of the substantive content, not all of it, but some of the substantive content of the dossier, we were able to corroborate in our Intelligence Community assessment which from other sources in which we had very high confidence to it.

And it turns out that the ICA report, far from coming from "17 Intel Agencies" was pobably the "Insurance Policy Fake Russian Probe Discussed in Andy's Office"  engineered by just three men – former  Director Clapper, former CIA Director Brennan, and former FBI Director Comey.  All at the behest of Obama.  Clapper broke the tradition and did not send the ICA to all agencies for review, he selected only investigators from the FBI, the CIA and the NSA. The ICA also contained no dissenting view or dissenting opinions as nearly every ICA in the past has - and is important to have otherwise you get the kind of bullshit we got now - an attempt to railroad someone for crimes they did not commit.

Now as Obama likes to say, let me be clear... I am not saying Russia did not attempt to interfere. Of course they did. They always do.  But this attempt to take something that is de rigeur and attempt to blame it on and attach it to Trump is very low, dirty pool.  This is probably the "insurance policy" Strzok texted Page about There is no evidence at all that Trump colluded with Putin or Russia, and tons of evidence that the DNC and Hillary colluded with everyone in the State Department, the FBI, the CIA, and many foreign governments.

Lock them up.
