Doesn't this have to go to a shareholders vote? Costs of running a C-Corp are way higher than running a trust, how much this will take from profits I have no clue - but you need to pay a CEO + other execs, BOD's, higher SEC fees, etc. Probably a good move, but the always shrinking shr count will come to a screeching halt, maybe permanently, so dreams of a pps > $1000 are likely gone.
