I got a correction from Fidelity last year in August which would have reduced my taxes by about $10. Wasn't worth the hassle of printing out an amendment and mailing it in. The deficit is now $10 lower and you are all welcome.
On the subject of taxes, I am still waiting for a refund of my mom's 2019 final return. Almost 1 year. The IRS is so backed up that they aren't even answering inquiries from Congressmen.
