Re: TMRC - info - Vinny
I don't see where there's much $$ to be made here by TMRC.
"Potential" revenue after startup (which is aways off, if the test facility even works) is ~$400MM. Assuming even the 70% ROR (a stretch), that's $280MM profit. But you have to take away the capital cost of the plant and interest of around $400M, depreciate over, say, 10 years. US Rare Earth gets 80% of what's left, leaving $48MM for TMRC. That's before TMRC expenses, such as G&A, lease expense, etc. Generous say that's 20% leaving $40MM. There are 58MM shares outstanding as of now so the annual profit might be .70/share in ten years. And that's if everything goes right. I think they call it a Blue Sky scenario. There are disclaimers (boilerplate to be sure) that not all of the minerals will be economically recoverable to extract.
If this little mountain (watch the video on the webpage) was actually worth a lot of money, someone else would have bought out TMRC a long time ago. It's listed on the balance sheet as worth $354,234.
