Re: NRZ
I used to own a large chunk of shares which I'd slowly acquired since 2015. Sold most of it a month or two ago around $16.25. Sold my original Principal and kept all gains in stock. I'd like to get back in at a lower price, I just didn't see any positive share price catalysts on the horizon and figured I'd take my gains. We will see what happens over the next few weeks/months. I like NRZ for the dividend and have not yet re-invested the Principal I took out. I feel like patience is key here (I want to see where the trade war goes, how interest rates react and where they're heading, and who looks to win the democratic ticket), but it's hard, I'm young and get bored sitting in cash...
Besides, I should really just put my money in an index and step away. BUT HOW IS THAT ANY FUN?!
