I own DRE for a very long time. However PLD was one of the very early stocks I started up with.
Both are noted for having good management and very competitive .
I must admit, that even when they have often taken over other companies, I did not expect these two fine companies to merge.

The only fly in the ointment is the government letting them become the biggest and best company in its niche.

Interesting times continues to surprise.
