ECHOing prior post on this board. PLD has been for a long time and still the Best of Breed....as different charts like FCF and Revenue keeps going up.

Sad that PLD success has caused he price of the stock to go up and up until the dividend yield has gotten so tiny that other good stocks have gotten the purchases. PLD is in a DRIP with reinvestments so I will continue to keep it... probably forever as long as it continues to grow.

The new project looks like it is a good idea and a source of new revenues even though it is from the same customers.

STAG is quickly getting to the level of being "too successful".
