You're welcome even though I dislike being the bearer (barer !) of bad news. I can't figure out what their next move will be but the Baker boys might have a plan down the road. 

 

A few of us had BLCM several years ago. It really seemed to be a promising company.

 

Bio's are fraught with landmines.

 

By the way, just searched for the Nas SEC filing but it's not there yet. I'll post it if/when it pops up.
