Raises Stake Dow Jones Newswires21 minutes ago (5/19/22) Kodiak Sciences Inc. shares were up 12% to $6.72 Thursday after a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission said shareholder Baker Bros. Advisors LP added to its stake in the company. Baker Bros. bought 456,690 Kodiak shares from May 16 through May 18 at an average price of $5.90 each. Baker Bros. said it now holds more than 16.3 million shares of Kodiak. Kodiak stock hit its 52-week low of $4.90 last Thursday. |
