TA: KURA - 1 x 18 chart - An early X-MAS present..to this MBOver the past 2 + years I have talked mucho about TA ( on the 2 bio Boards) Let's do a Cliff's Notes on some of the high points - 1. Indicators - Must be "robust", "reliable." 2.Testing any kind of TA requires both "back-testing and "forward- testing." 3. Stock trading can give individual trading personalities to different stocks. Hence, now all TA is equally applicable to all stocks. Beasts must be individually tracked until their behaviors can be determined. See, that wasn't hard was it ? Your present is linked below: However, to see the important thing, one must apply an Ignore to everything except the one thing that nobody in this neck of the woods has seen before. (Yes, Virginia, it's hidden in plain sight) See what's new yet? Scrolling down you will see the CCI indicator ( set at 20) However, also inside that Indicator is an EMA (Exponential Moving Average) Now for the Wild and Crazy Guy part - Every time the CCI is going up (the right hand side of the hill) AND the 20EMA crosses it, what happens? -See the vertical yellow lines ? - Follow them back up to the PPS Prior the yellow line established this past Friday, there are 15 previous yellow lines. And what happens in the days after that yellow line is put in ? 15 out of 15 times, the PPS has risen. I started out with a backtesting earlier this year. Since then I have been forward testing it for reliability. Merry Christmas and a hell of lot of Ho, Ho, Ho ! |
