Were supposed to see synergies from the ILA purchase pay off later next year .....with the rate increase the dividend should be manageable and slowly lift the PPS . Its a theory anyways allow my dellusions . The rate cases could help . Face it were in a bad spot for Utillities now in the business cycle and the interest cycle isnt helping but commodities dropping should help . This is the second firmest sector in the downturn I believe . PGN , ETR and DPL are rated buys I know of .....most are holds lately . Utillities are very complex since deregulation it used to be so simple . Deregulation sure helped the Banks and economy didnt it .
