I think GXP will settle higher later . Right now your getting a discount here over ILA I believe . What was the conversion 1.80 and .08536 shares I forget but thats a little premium for ILA now . $3.92 -1.80 = 2.22 / .8536 = 24.83 per share converted . We own both and added to a very low cost ILA base at $4.08 even a higher premium ..but not much . Ah the best laid plans of mice and men . I agree GXP is a good company . One day WR and it may merge . DTE is strong now . EAS ..suprised that merger isnt working out .
