I don't believe there will be any offers put on the table until the MN facility is disposed of. After that, it's fair game for a foreign buyer to make a play.
One thing is for sure - I bet there are a lot of nervous employees at the former Spansion facility. You have to wonder what the value of that FAB is to a foreign buyer who is primarily interested in the product line. Let's see what offers come in October to CY.
