Re: Big 3 pay about 40% more on labor compared to non union TeslaGM offers 20% plus there is profit sharing. Fully paid for healthcare. Why do unions look at profit sharing, an incentive to help the company succeed, as not counting? Is it such a small amount? If the union points to "record profits" then they should want a piece of that via profit sharing.
