1. True, but any substantial followup would catapult this way beyond. Besides, we can survive without NASDAQ.
2. Perhaps this is a good time to tap the ATM available funds, but there you go again misrepresenting a reverse split. Nearly every holiday weekend, you suggest that massive dilution and a reverse split is coming. To start, a reverse split is not needed here, but your suggestion that it may happen is either to obfuscate or because you don't understand what it is. A reverse split does not dilute; nor does it leave you with anything less than what you already have. I suspect you know this, but I guess it's more fun to misrepresent. There will NOT be a reverse split anytime soon, in my opinion.
3. Each day gets us closer to revenue, and the E in "EAP" is for "expedited." EAP allows FDA to guide the process to make it faster and more efficient.
4. Of course the FDA doesn't guarantee approval, but the EAP is a relatively new mechanism to expedite the path to potential approval.
There have been a lot of reasons to be negative about this company in the past and present, but the EAP approval is not one of them. Yesterday's news was fantastic and the only negative thing about it is people who would spin it as negative or not substantial. It's awesome news.
