Re: Seattle's new home oil tax could penalize elderly, middle-class families
This seems such a simple problem to solve.
During the day keep you windows open to get the fresh air.
Next to the skin wear winterized heavy top and bottom long johns and bulky sox .
Next a timber jack flannel shirt. and extra thick Levis Over all this an Alaskan arctic Parka with hood and coat down to your ankles and combat boots. Cheap and lasting for years of winter weather. Heating bill...$zero. Only use micro wave so no gas or electricity needed. Get a couple of dogs... their body heat will take the chill off the air inside and when you sleep under two double thickness quilts they will jump on the bed and keep you warm. Also the dogs will protect you from burglars so no need to pay for high cost of home security fees. Besides with your house so cold and chilly the thieves will seek out other houses.
OK that solved ... 5 cents fee
Next ... the doctor is in.
