Ramp up manufacturing
This morning I bought a DeWalt 3.5" extended Flex Torq Philips drill bit. Made in Vietnam. Now if Vietnam can ramp up manufacturing of gym shoes and drill bits in two shakes of a lamb's tail, why can't the US do it? Why can't those high paid CEOs figure it out? My guess is maiking a drill bit is not a labor intensive operation. Highly automated. Those tax cuts for industry should have had more tax credits for capital improvements, such as pipeline construction.
