And the debt market certainly is active. Since the beginning of the year, the following companies have issued: ET: $60MM worth (+$3.5B debt) EPD: $120MM (+$1.7B debt) ENLC: $600MM debt CQP: $700MM debt MMP: $200MM debt And of course, the reason equity markets are "closed" is mainly due to the depressed pricing, not because companies have been locked out. |
