Re: Take FIVE ... part 1 of 2 (?) or more.I can understand why you might think so.... but the source I am using has Monday's date on it. So maybe Friday's close ? 1 percent is a very tiny difference and similar REITa can go up and down in tandem since the same forces affect them the same way. For example look at the past charts of the oil patch stocks. they could be drillers, or pipelines, or refineries etc and seemingly different operations and yet the entire industry at times will be affected by the news of the day and go up or down in tandem to the extent yesterday's charts are not the same as today's. But like I began with... one percent in todays markets is not news and too small a percents when much of the market is at all time highs with swings way beyond one percent up or down.. When you see a list that gives you percentages then it should be obvious that any movement in the stock prices will affect the yield percentages too.
