I have owned MPW for several years and a great performer. OHI is another one I bought around the same time it it has done even better.

Looking forward maybe CIO but really need to look at the properties they own. Several of their facilities are in the medical and medical research (think biotech) sectors. Last time I looked, they had built (and signed long term lease) w/ KAISER new facility.

That is not their focus as they have exposure to other 'office' properties so currently selling at a discount. I was attracted to them because of their unique 'research' facilities which we will always need. I need to review their properties again to see if they have continued to invest in these areas.
