  • Membership Drive Update: In the first 48 hours we've hit almost 20% of our goal. An encouraging start to be sure, but we can't stop now. We need to pull enough subscription revenue forward to counter severe cash flow deficits resulting from a dramatic slow-down in ad spend thanks to the global pandemic which shows no signs of letting up in the near-term. We're doing everything in our power to keep our heads above some very choppy water, but we can't do it alone. We need your help. So if you've ever thought about giving our premium service a try, there's no better time to do it than right now by taking advantage of one of our discounted multi-year plans. Thanks in advance for your continued loyalty & support!

Re: The Eat-At-Home Trend Is Here to Stay, Analyst Says. 7 Stocks That Benefit. -- Barrons.com

well a group of us "boys" before virus would eat out regularly... one of the "boys" is asking around if we want to meet for a meal....talk is going to place with outside dining...

i prefer to eat indoors, but they are all older than me and more at risk, so I will go along...

up here things are very slowly opening (with very limited capacity) and it appears people are mostly staying home, which helps the grocery stores and companies like GIS....
but this limited capacity opening is really hurting the other parts of the economy...  quite a dilemma.. .. with no end for quite a while (however you want to define "a while")

people up here see the news of the spread in other parts and this is on their minds...
