Originally MPW had more assets and good reputation... etc.

Then suddenly the lawyers from different companies brought out law suits against MPW.

It does not matter if MPW is right or wrong...the long term battle does the damage and stagnate the stock from getting ahead.

I sold since holding is missing other opportunities waiting for years to end the suits.

Will reconsider buying back after the outlook changed. ...Truist price target $8.00 might not be the true bottom.

Notice that GOOD, DOC, OHI. etc went down also. Odd since it happened at the same time.
