LP and Atria Senior Living Inc. entered into a strategic partnership to build two senior living communities in California's Silicon Valley, one in Santa Clara and the other in Cupertino. Groundbreaking on the 191-unit Santa Clara development is expected in mid-2022, with completion targeted for 2024. The 158-unit Cupertino project launched pre-development in 2019, with construction expected to start by the end of 2022 and completion in 2024. |
