TLM are the initials of a family member, so I googled it -- years ago. It was quite interesting to read that (Hal Kvisle) a cousin of mine is running the show. I never bought any over the years, but took a peak now and then. Hey! What happened to the share price? Then Seeking Alpha had some info for me. I cannot remember why I even looked. Just wanted to see what the current price was. It was $4 and change. Quite a bit less than I expected. A well known activist has a huge stockpile at an average price of $7or so. Hmm.. So I finally gave in. Not quick enough ... too timid. Every day I would look at the tempting price rolling above and under $4. Bought a hundred shares. $4.xx. Thought it would be there for a while. Not. So then. I had to pay over $7 for the last buy to round out my position. The gas and oil company TLM is being bought out for $8. Wait and see where it ends. So, not a big winner, but really a fun dance. My cousin is current CEO and is looking forward to retirement.
I cannot believe I looked again to see how my cousin was doing, and had such fun with this.
