Fisher ended 2022 with a small profit in the account under management. I lost a five figure amount in my own managed accounts.
Fidelity nearly enabled a fraud of $100,000 in my Trust account with them. Sent me an email notifying me an addition to authorized owners had been received. I was out of state in Fla last Jan and did not notice it until next day when they notified me a transfer request had been made. It took me two hours to reach their fraud section on the phone and more time for them to examine the changes. Finally stopped the transfer which was made by a new Fidelity account opened on line with faked ID. When I opened the account originally my two Co Trustees and I had to appear in person with reams of documents and IDs. Really weak. But they did notify me of the transaction before they wired the funds out. CYA in spades.
