Re: Mitsui, IOC, NUE

No doubt Mitsui is high end, if you saw my earlier post on the deals they have made in LNG etc.  as of late it reflects this as well.

Some might be thinking here we gotta get a deal right away , I am not one of those, since the reserve report I am much less concerned. Yes I would prefer one for obvious reason but reality is Phil has that  reserve report and cost base reality  that puts him at the top of the list for perspective deals in the world.

No sense rushing into this now as the world economy heals and money gets looser. We see these deals being cut day in and day out for access to long term energy supplies, the last 9 months has turned IOC on its head so far as bargaining power. Phil is the companies largest shareholder.  Henry Alford a seasoned veteran in these deals. We have plenty of gas for two trains, maybe more, lots of condensate to pave the way.  Over the years ( since 2004) I have watched this company be very frugal in issuing shares, only when they had to so I take Phil's word as gospel from the CC no equity raise needed. I like that set of circumstances sitting at the negotiating table working on shareholders behalf. Time is on our side now....
