Re: Bloomberg Reports LUMN Creditors Propose Debt Extension, Fresh Cash - Stock Pricepoitier. the bonds are rallying again today at least on the offer side. its my guess the deal is in to borrow at the lvlt side at a pretty high rate. some of the new lvlt money will go to pay off the pissed off lvlt bond holders today to satisfy them. the rest goes to buy out the lumen debt which is why the are going up. once the do that they then abs quantum on the lumen side of the balance sheet to pay off the bank debt in 25 and whatever else they want to do. |
