By Feb. 7, Tuesday, we may know if LUMN did some buyback with earning announcement.
If they did buy some back with good earning numbers and/or guidance, the stock price will stably go higher from there.
Otherwise, they are saving the capital and preparing for more bad news with lower share price before the buyback - if ever.
