So instead of cleaning up the balance sheet and investing for growth, the now departed CFO and CEO thought you would enjoy Huge dividends! Now the worm has turned and the bonds are going lower. But you got your dividends. :) 
 
oh and for those of you who think lumen has the cash to buy back stock, the bond holders beg to differ.
