I confess to being a little pissed at assuming the risk for a few years and then getting the boot as soon as AERT seems to be turning the corner. I'm not crazy about the price (or the apparent conflict of interest) but am not sure that I will dissent. Looking at recent history, the price looks fair at first blush. But from a forward-looking perspective (and looking at the value of the patents), the sale price is too low in my view. (Btw, thank you to DH, Nardo, Retired Ag, and others on this board for your work, information, and civility over the years. It was noticed and very much appreciated and respected.)
