Mr. Edwards,re my first complaint to you by e-mail - 'Elan Management Creates Self-Enrichment Plan as Pfizer-Wyeth Deal Threatens Bapineuzumab; I wrote a personal note of complaint to you on your biased article which supported Jack Schuler and his FixElan and the statements attributed to Jack Schuler. It was apparent to me that you lacked the basic knowledge of Elan, and that your article with remarks attributed to Jack Schuler, were clearly insulting to Kelly Martin CEO ELAN. I found your snide Elan/Enron similar content to be quite insulting to the good name of Kelly Martin, and is supported by the facts as stated by Mary Stutts SVP Corporate Relations, Elan Pharmaceuticals. You did not reply, or post the complaint on the site. Jim Edward, in this article, your standard of journalism was amateur, lazy, insulting to Kelly Martin, Board of Directors, Elan, and the general Elan shareholders. I will put this once more to you; by your story on Elan and Kelly Martin CEO Elan, do you Jim Edwards, accept that you were factually wrong, that you insulted the good professional name of Kelly Martin CEO Elan, that you apologise publically to Kelly Martin, that you will publish this complaint along with the public apology.
