Tax QuestionAnyone seeing Section 199A dividends, non-dividend distributions and capital gains distributions reported for on Form 1099 for Realty Income for payment date 11/15/2021 that is not reflected in actual payment received? I suspect it has something to do with the ONL spin-off but I don't see anything in the press release stating that the spin-off would be a taxable event. |
