i can relate------my wife just drove her audi with a timing chain issue- the motor is now done. And she was once a manufacturing engineer for ford! Looking like a total loss- though i'm pricing a new engine for it per her request. Women fall in love with cars, too! I have to admit that sailing down the interstate at 150+ mph in that thing was almost as fun as some of the porsche's i once owned way back. But i doubt replacing any engine is practical or even prudent for such high precision cars. So i am fading the effort......
